Clinic Cadence
Security and patient data

What we access, and what we never do with it.

This page is written to be checked, not to be reassuring. If anything here does not match what your clinic requires, tell us before you start and we will say plainly whether we can meet it.

What we access

What we never hold

Where patient information lives

Inside your clinic's own account, isolated from every other clinic we serve. Each request is scoped to one clinic; there is no shared view of members, appointments or messages across accounts. Our internal desk queue is the only cross-clinic screen, and it is restricted to our own team behind a separate login.

Patient information never leaves that boundary. It does not appear in our marketing, in any report we publish, in any message to anyone outside your clinic, or in any discussion of the business. Where we notify our own systems that something happened — a signup, a payment, an escalation — the notification carries the clinic, the plan and a count. It never carries a patient.

Clinical advice

We do not give it, in any channel, under any pressure of urgency. Clinic Cadence is an administrative service. Every clinical question, every request for an interpretation, and every symptom described to us is routed to your named staff, flagged, and left unanswered by us. This is not negotiable per-clinic, and it applies even when a patient insists.

Access and accounts

What we ask of you

Give us the narrowest access that lets the work happen. If your practice-management system offers a role that covers scheduling but not clinical records, use it — we would rather have less.
